Permido Privacy Policy

    1. General information:1.1 The product "Permido" is owned by the company Permido A/S.
      1.2 In the following, the product Permido will simply be referred to as Permido.
      1.3 According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you must be informed about how and when Permido collects, processes and/or discloses your information. In this Privacy Policy you will, among other things, find this information and the rights you have.
      1.4 Permido A/S only collects the personal data that is absolutely necessary for you to use Permido. We therefore only register and store the personal data that is relevant to your activity in connection with email correspondence via Permido. In connection with the collection, processing and use of your personal data, we comply with the relevant legal provisions at all times, i.e. the rules of the Personal Data Regulation (GDPR) of May 25, 2018. We only store your personal data as long as we have a legal obligation to do so or as long as it is relevant to your use of Permido.
    2. Information we collect and the purpose of the collection:


      • 2.1 When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name and email address.
      • 2.2 When using Permido, we collect the following personal data: your name, phone number and email address.
      • 2.3 Permido collects and uses your personal data when you use our encrypted email system. This is to secure the encrypted email with two-factor identification (email and mobile phone) and to send you the necessary direct key to decrypt your emails.
      • 2.4 E-mails sent via Permido are 100% end-to-end encrypted. Therefore, only you and the sender/recipient have knowledge of the content. The content cannot be accessed by employees of Permido A/S.
      • 2.5 Your user information will be deleted if there has been no activity for 6 months. With 'no activity' means that there have been no emails sent to and from your account and that you have not logged into Permido. After that, your user data will automatically be deleted. If you later need Permido, you will need to follow the sign-up process again.
      • 2.6 Your emails will be deleted automatically after 3 months.
